Moving

Dumping

Dumping takes place at the beginning of the week

There is a sign up sheet in the office. You have to be on the sign up sheet and monies paid before we can dump your trailer or mow your lot. No Exceptions. You must also sign up when you are planning on dumping your own trailer. Dumping and mowing are done at the beginning of each week. Please no verbal telling us. Sometimes we have a lot on our minds and as much as we would like to remember every request as we pass by we are only human and sometimes forget things. Signing up helps us to better serve you. Dumping at night is not allowed. Dumping is a dirty job and at the beginning of the week if the weather cooperates we take one day and do all the scheduled dumping at once so it is done for the week. We have the right to refuse dumping when chemicals are not used in your tank. If we start dumping and stop due to any bad conditions there will be no refund.

Mowing

For us to mow your lot (includes weed whipping) @ …………..………………………..$10.00

Grass cutting per season @ ……………………………………………………………$190.00

We have the right to mow and weed whip your lot if it needs it. A bill will then be sent to you and you can stop at the office to pay it before reentering the grounds. An additional $2.00 will be added for paperwork & postage. Thank You!

Storage

There is a winter storage fee of $250.00 only if you are not planning to spend the following year at Paradise Cove Campground. Storage fees are due before pulling your camper out.

Air Conditioners in use (not used must be wrapped) @ ………………………………….$150.00

Guests and Signing in Reminders
 

Every guest must sign in and pay for their entrance into the park before entering the campground. It would make it easier on everyone if no one had to register but we are required by law to have everyone register.

Guests need to sign in and pick up a car pass. Car passes must be visible when inside vehicles.

Checkout time for guests is 11:00pm. Those on the grounds past 11:00pm will have to pay a $10.00 over night fee. Check out for guests is at 11:15pm on the evenings we have events that are scheduled to end at 11:00pm.

Picnic tables are available for non-seasonal campers.

Vulgar language, rowdyism, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. No refund if you are asked to leave the campground.
